The music bit is interesting! I’ve been meditating for awhile and find that I’ve gotten way more into lyricless music, particularly finger style guitar over time. The fact that it’s “just sound” is exactly what makes it super delightful. Curious if the case is the same for you re: music with lyrics and without?
